Yingkou is a coastal hub city in Liaoning province in Northeast China connecting Eurasian Continent with the Pacific Ocean. Seizing the opportunities created by the “One Belt One Road” Initiative, Yingkou and neighboring cities of Shenyang and Dalian together form China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone, leading the economic development of Northeast China. Yingkou is also the first city in China to set up a modern industry, and an industrial base of metallurgical and petrochemical equipment manufacturing. The Port of Yingkou is an international seaport ranking 8^th largest port in China and the 12^th largest port in the world with shipping lanes to 140 ports in more than 50 countries. The port also operates railway routes to Moscow, Russia and Warsaw, Poland. In terms of sea-railway combined transportation volume, Yingkou Port ranks the top among domestic coastal ports.
