Yingkou is a coastal hub city in Liaoning province in Northeast China connecting Eurasian Continent with the Pacific Ocean. Seizing the opportunities created by the “One Belt One Road” Initiative, Yingkou and neighboring cities of Shenyang and Dalian together form China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone, leading the economic development of Northeast China.
